Mr White is a highly accomplished and experienced business leader with a track record of driving organisational performance and delivering superior outcomes in both corporate and board positions. He has substantial executive experience with global mining companies including FTSE-listed Anglo American and Xstrata, with expertise in people strategy, business transformation and community stakeholder relations.
Until March 2021, Mr White was the CEO of ASX-listed Brisbane Broncos, a position he held for a decade with an outstanding ability in developing ongoing, strategic relationships across a range of stakeholders to drive growth and expand partnerships.
Prior to his role with the Broncos, Mr White gained considerable experience within the mining sector over an 8-year period in a variety of senior leadership and executive roles, both within site-based operations and corporate roles. He also spent 17 years in the Queensland Police Service finishing his career as the Officer in Charge of Mount Isa.
Throughout his career, Mr White has been extensively involved in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and in particular, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth programmes. In 2017, his work in this area was recognised in his nomination for Queensland’s Australian of the Year Award.
Mr White holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Queensland.
Mr McKerlie has an extensive career as an international chief executive with public and private companies, management consultant with Deloitte and KPMG and as a public company director including Chairman of Drillsearch for 8 years and of Beach Energy. He has chaired four IPOs and has depth of experience in technology and energy sectors. Mr McKerlie‘s primary interests are growing businesses, building shareholder value and ensuring appropriate governance procedures are in place. He also has 20 years broadcast experience as a national media presenter in finance and economics. He is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Trevor is a long-term employee of Magnetite Mines with over 14 years experience as an exploration and resource development geologist. Over 12 years, he has been responsible for the project management of technical studies for the PFS and prior Scoping Studies and was responsible for the delivery of the Project’s Maiden Ore Reserve, Mineral Resource estimates and acquisition of the Muster Dam Iron Ore Project.

Most recently Stephen was Managing Director at RFC Ambrian where he provided corporate finance advice over a twenty year period to clients in the mining and energy sectors. Prior to this, his career spans construction management of high-speed bulk material handling equipment, minerals and coal processing (John Holland), project management of technology introduction, equipment and Industrial Services (Brambles) and Project Finance (Bankers Trust).
Mr Malcolm Randall (Dip Applied Chem, FAICD) has more than 45 years’ of extensive experience in corporate, management and marketing in the resources sector, including more than 25 years with the Rio Tinto group of companies. His experience has covered a diverse range of commodities including iron ore, potash brine, uranium, mineral sands and coal.
Mr Randall past Chairman and/or Director roles include Consolidated Minerals Limited, Titan Resources Limited, MZI Resources Limited, Northern Mining Limited, Asia Minerals Corporation Limited, Iron Ore Holdings Limited, Summit Resources Limited and United Minerals Corporation NL. Current directorships include Hastings Technology Metals Limited, Spitfire Oil Limited and Ora Gold Limited. Mr Randall is the current Non-Executive Chairman of Kalium Lakes Limited. Kalium Lakes is likely to become Australia’s first domestic producer of sulphate of potash.

Mr Eames has a successful track record in the global minerals industry in exploration, evaluation, development, acquisitions, operations, marketing and senior corporate management. He is a qualified metallurgist with extensive experience in Australia and overseas and has held senior roles working with the iron ore businesses of Glencore, Rio Tinto and BHP.
Mr Eames graduated with a BA (Metallurgy)(Hons) from the University of Cambridge, UK. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Eames is a past and present Director of other Australian publicly listed companies.
Mr Schubert is an entrepreneur with a track record of identifying, growing and developing businesses with a focus on the resources sector, with over 30 years of direct experience in international and domestic markets.
Mr Schubert has strong, established ties to the investment community, particularly in relation to the Australian resource sector and his experience includes manufacturing, investor relations, marketing and capital markets.
Mr Schubert was first appointed to the board on 17 December 2015 as non-executive director and appointed as Executive Director on 9 December 2016. He was the Executive Chairman of Magnetite Mines from September 2018 to May 2022 and Interim CEO from Mar 2021 to May 2022.
